Old completely renovated stone barn adjoining gîte n°63G63292 and with completely independent access. On the garden level: -a living room including a lounge area with fireplace -a dining room -an open kitchen -a bathroom with WC First floor : -two attic bedrooms each with a 140 bed -an attic bedroom with two 90 cm beds -a bathroom with WC The cottage has an adjoining and private enclosed plot of approximately 450 m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Gîte fully adapted for people with reduced mobility (elevator going from the ground floor to the 2nd floor) Nearby you will find: Orcival basilica, Cordès castle, Lake Servière. You can also discover the Puy de Dôme a few kilometers away with its panoramic rack railway (magnificent view point), the leisure parks: Vulcania and the Lemptégy Volcano. Hike from the lodge. Cross-country skiing 9 km away.
