Summary:

Open the windows and Vernazza's square is already there, sea in the background: just 9 steps separate the entrance from Piazza Marconi, among the easiest in the village. 74 sqm, first floor, sleeps up to 6.



The Space:

Two double bedrooms: one with a sea view over the square and air conditioning, the other quieter, with no window or view, cooled by a Dyson fan. Bathroom with shower and sea view, washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso machine. 55" Smart TV, stable Wi-Fi. It's a loft-style flat: some areas have low ceilings.



Guest Access:

Just 9 steps separate the entrance from the main square — among the easiest homes to reach in Vernazza, though the building has no lift. Exclusive access to the whole flat.



The Neighborhood:

Right on Vernazza's main square: restaurants, bars and shops within reach, with the daily life of the village and the sea view as your everyday backdrop.



Getting Around:

The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for drivers (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), shuttle and a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes). Advance booking of the car park recommended (roughly €20/day).



Other Things to Note:

We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar — plus our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout. Concierge office in Vernazza open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Interaction with Guests:

Assisted check-in 3:00pm–7:00pm, late check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm, with a €50 supplement only if assisted check-in is requested, no check-in possible after 10:00pm: past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway: far better to plan a calm arrival the next day. One small dog welcome for a non-refundable supplement, on a lead in communal areas. Heating independently controlled.
