"The hotel and staff were so friendly and accommodating. It is so pet friendly even my dog LOVED it here! He played with other dogs in the field beside the hotel, while we drank a few yummy margaritas at the bar with outdoor seating. This was really appreciated because we had been doing a very long road trip from Cabo to Canada and our dog was also travel weary. The beds were super comfortable and it was just minutes from Orvis Hot Springs which we were also able to enjoy before we hit the road again. I would definitely stay here again if we ever have the opportunity to be back in the area."

"Communication from staff was excellent since there is no reception desk. Room is large and clean. Bed is comfortable. The building is next to Police Station. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but there is a wider selection of eateries within a short driving distance."

"I have been in Montrose for about a month using motels to recoup after camping for work. I have tried at least 3 other lodging options and Surestay has been the best option by a long shot. Stephanie, Patrick and Evelyn have been amazing and made me feel very welcome. The rooms are extremely well kept, the breakfast is available as promised and piping hot. I think I actually enjoyed a full meal this morning after a long month of scrounging snacks and quick bites. The pool is refreshing and the hot tub is a rejuvenating 104 degrees Fahrenheit. I was so impressed that I have decided to extend my stay through memorial weekend. "I stoped in this super 8 on my road trip in Colorado. I usually book a guest home but as I had to stop 1 night only and found this very good deal of $90, I gave it a try and I have NO regrets. This place is clean, quite, close to Downtown and 5 minutes drive to Museum of the Mountain West (which I recommend). Well, long story short: I will stop here again if I pass by."
