" Beach water not clean Expensive rate for the location and for such an old property/ room "

"It was a beautiful, private space. The location close to so much. The owner communication was great-very comprehensive and always very timely. I loved that the room included a book with lots of information and suggestions. The Amenities were amazing - bicycles with locks, kayaks with a cart and instructions, cold drinks, washer/dryer, etc. My only frustration was that the listing did not mention more clearly that it was on the second floor."

"The place itself it nice and clean and well stocked, close to the beach and all necessities. The two things I did not like are; The house has a circular driveway and the owner parked their Tesla to charge right in front of the entrance of the unit so every time we had to go anywhere we had to back out our car on a circular driveway which was a pain, it's ok if you had to do it once but if you have to do it a few times a day it becomes annoying very fast trying to maneuver out of a circular...

"We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A/C worked great, we slept comfortably. There isnt a dishwasher, but it has everything needed to cook whatever you want."

"Like access to the restaurant and pool. Been 2 years in a row. Very clean, and staff was great! Both years parade people took over the pool. Unfortunately, rules were not followed in the pool area. "

"This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

"Great location, close to the airport"

"Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"Everything inside the unit seemed like the cheapest furniture out there, hot water ran out quick. But it was very close to siesta key, only about 10 minute drive. Lots of places to eat near there and seemed very secure. Lots of parking space. Overall good experience. "

"The units are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is underwhelming as is the hot tub. Access to the beach was as advertised but losing the lounge chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 p.m.,hours before sunset is not ideal, especially for those with mobility issues who want to remain for the sunset, a highlight of the day. My children looked forward to paddle boarding and kayaking (as advertised) and inquired several times during our multiple day stay but were told none were available....
