"The cabin was located conveniently to the airport and close enough to town to grab groceries, shop, etc., but felt secluded at the same time. We loved the panoramic mountain views. There was a slight miscommunication about the check-in process, but I believe that was on Vrbo's end as the host quickly mitigated the confusion. "It's a nice cabin, very secluded, a mile drive on a gravel road from town. We were out and about a lot and the drive got to be a bit of a bear. It has some of the usual cabin quirks. It's nicely appointed, but the polyester sheets gave it a definite low-budget feel."

The clouds cooperated and the view from the deck was perfect to watch the moon's slow march across the face of the sun - and then to be plunged into darkness surrounded by the trees and mountains was otherworldly. "This small cabin is quite nice for a couple, and very dog-friendly! With a fire in the wood stove, the cabin gets very toasty. We note that stairs up to the loft are very steep and tight, so they might not be easy for all to navigate."
