"Lovely quiet cosy spot on the 3rd floor of an apartment block with great views across the valley from a 'patio' area outside the front door and about a 15 minute stroll from Spinale lift. Beautifully furnished with everything one could need, very comfortable double bed and bunk bed, shower plus a bath and a 2nd seperate toilet, very useful when getting ready. "Listing the key events that made us rate this 1 star: 1. We arrived at the location and the host was not there. We had to call VRBO (EUR 30 in roaming charges which we want refunded) and the host. Whilst VRBO told us the reservation was fine, the host told us there was no reservation. 2. Finally, the host managed to find us a room. "Casa che, nonostante non sia proprio nuovissima dispone di tutte le necessità per un soggiorno tranquillo, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Borgo fuori dalle città principali ma ben collegato anche nel periodo invernale, ottimo punto di partenza per camminate. Proprietari veramente simpatici e super disponibili a ogni richiesta."

"Die Unterkunft liegt abgeschieden von den großen Tourismusströmen inmitten von Apfelplantagen. Dennoch sind zahlreiche touristische Orte wie Trient, der Tovel-See und hunderte Wanderwege schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls innerhalb von knapp zehn Fahrminuten vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Kommunikation verlief immer schnell und reibungslos. Es war eine sehr erholsame und schöne Woche."

Note: As the house is built in a very traditional way it would be perfect if the outdoor table and chairs are wooden or stone as well. The plastics just dont fit to the character of the house. In diesem Haus kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen und die Ruhe und das Heizen der Öfen trägt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis bei. "Having stayed at 5* hotels previously on skiing trips we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was varied and included - hot section. Spa was good - again better than expected for the class of hotel, but then they did charge €12 for entry so I would expect a but better - only issuing you with one towel meant that if you'd had a sauna you had nothing to dry yourself later with! And the jacuzzi was pool temperature so you could only spend ten minutes in it rather...
