Large 1-Bdrm+ Apartment Surrounded by Nature in Rural Vermont

This large 1-bedroom apartment is out in the countryside of Addison, VT, a quiet agricultural town with wide open scenic vistas everywhere you turn. 12 minutes from the Champlain Bridge, 11 minutes to Vergennes, and 21 minutes from Middlebury. This is a separate apartment attached to the main house. There is an interior door connecting the apartment to the main house, which is locked from both sides. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, above basement space (so, no one below you). The house is surrounded by huge mature trees, and this apartment has lots of windows looking right at the trees, so it almost looks like you're living in a treehouse! Exterior stairs lead to your own large private deck (with your entrance door) with lawn chairs, for enjoying the scenery of the large back yard and far vistas. This is an amazing area for biking!

The apartment has a full kitchen with all you need to make a meal or heat up leftovers. Coffee and tea fixings are provided. Full size fridge. Gas range and oven. TV with live local channels, and an Amazon Fire stick for you to log into your streaming subscriptions.

King sized bed in the huge bedroom. There is a twin bed in what we call the office. The office doesn't have a door - the doorway is open to the rest of the apartment, and the bathroom is off of the office. The living room couch can be converted to a comfortable bed for 1 person up to 6’ in height, and a mattress pad, sheets, quilt, and pillow are provided for the couch/bed. Sheets, Towels, washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, cloth napkins, dish cloths, etc. are provided.

Maximum 1 vehicle. Maximum 4 people, no more than 3 adults. So, we don't want 4 adults, but there can be 3 adults and a child, or 2 adults and 2 children. Please let us know if someone will be sleeping on the couch, so we can provide what's needed for that.

No tobacco smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (if you go out to the road to smoke, please dispose of your butts properly). Marijuana smoking is permitted on the deck, but NOT indoors.
