"Paolo was an amazing host. The B&B is in a fantastic location right off the main road. There are 4 rooms total, each one is decorated with unique antiques and artwork that Paolo has collected. Paolo gave us great recommendations for what to see in town. During breakfast we had a wonderful meal, and spent over an hour talking with Paolo about many interesting topics, from travel to politics. "There is nobody on site. Since Hotels.com is not providing the phone number of the hotel, we had to find it ourselves. Basically the person is giving you online where to get the key ! There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad. I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking"

"Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue pour notre voyage de noces à minuit. On a sonné, la personne nous répondait à travers la fenêtre (on ne sait pas à qui on parlait) elle nous disait que la maison était pleine et que l'on devait partir. On a demandé s'il y avait un hébergement à proximité, elle a arrêté de nous répondre. C'est un manque de respect incroyable, fuyez cet endroit loin"

"The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!"

Tolle Familiäre Umgebung indem man die Kinder in den Gassen oder Innenhof spielen lassen kann. Toll fanden wir die Restaurierung und die Materialien von dem "Stein" Alten verwinkeltem Haus. Es gab eine Zentralheizung, nicht alt und kalt. Kann ich sehr empfehlen."

"Pro's and cons: Pro's first: good location, a short drive from Luino, a good sized lakeside town. You can take ferries from Luino all round the lake, including to the Borromean islands. You'll have to spend some time aquainting yourself with the ferry timetable and a map of the lake. Nothing much goes on in Dumenza itself. There's a small supermarket that we didn't actually have to use, as we shopped out and about in the bigger towns. There is somewhere to get a coffee in the morning if you...

"Super Aussicht, relativ klein. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war total durchgelegen soll aber nächsten Monat ausgetauscht werden. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären schön es folgen ziemlich viele Mücken herum."
