"We have stayed here once before because it is close to where our grandkids live. Last year it was hot and the pool was just what we needed. It was a little cooler this time it the kids still got to swim( we book the 3 bedroom and register the kids as guests). Host is very accommodating and seemed to have stocked some items for breakfast. We appreciate their hospitality."

"Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share!"

"We really enjoyed this property- Pros- there was lots of room to relax and let all the kids have space away from each other. The laundry was great and convenient. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all you need, plus some basic cooking supplies. The master and the living room had separate cooling/heating units we could use for different temperatures in different spaces the radiator was nice to warm up the second bedroom. "Very good apartment, perfect location close to restaurants and easy to get in there. Amenities as described, we had everything we needed. I have just 2 comments for the place to be perfect: 1/We missed wine glasses and 2/the bed and mattress could be bigger and harder. But they were not bad, this is just our preference"

They spent a day over at Warner Brothers doing the tour they appreciate all the toiletries That were left for them. They enjoyed an evening sitting by the back at the fire and spoke highly of the decor and how comfortable the beds were!"
