"Nothing"

"It was an okay room and hotel, we found the room cold and even the heater in the bathroom was not working properly. Fine for one night stays..."

"Chambre très mignonne un personnel au niveau du petit déjeuner super agréable et sympathique ."

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Loved the huge jetted tub in the room"

"أثاث قديم"

"Staff was friendly and efficient and the room was very clean. My room was facing the street, therefore I encountered street noise (auto related) often. There was a nearby church (of course that is to be expected), but the bells ringing at a late hour was not. All in all however, a nice stay."

"La habitación estaba limpia"

"Très bien ."

We had asked for adjacent rooms as travelling with family and also were staying for a week but disappointinly we were located in two different rooms. The reception said ours were in a larger room with a blacony which it niether was. Couldn't be bothered changing it so just got settled but felt the reception wasn't that...

"Everything is fine except for the air conditioning, which either doesn't work or is very weak."
