"I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. Also, there were no directions on how to use the two remotes for the television. We did figure it out. There were no instructions on how to use the fireplace. The...

"Great cabin with everything you need. Nice quality bath products and the bed very comfortable. Communication was fabulous. Unfortunately we witnessed a mouse in the kitchen. We think it entered through an area (a hole) of the front door framing that was exposed to the outside. The host immediately responded and made arrangements to have door inspected and repaired as needed, but we didn’t know if this addressed the problem or not, and just decided to leave a day early and not deal with it....

"This is the perfect spot to be central to trails as well as a short drive to food and supplies. We were expecting more canyon access, but it’s a very rocky creek bed and not a place to explore the creek side easily. It’s a very basic kitchen , with no ability to cook outside of a microwave, which was fine with us .we were expecting a back patio with this unit , only because I looked at some others that had them, so we were a bit disappointed we didn’t have one .
