"Great property "

"I had a mostly positive experience staying here. The only issue I had was during check-in was that I wasn’t aware of the required security deposit, which should’ve been made clear by Expedia. That said, the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helpful, even while I was on the phone with my bank. Their customer service really stood out. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean. It had everything I needed and felt well-maintained. The gym was basic, but functional. The free Wi-Fi was the biggest downside. It was good enough for reading manga and checking the news but kept disconnecting and couldn’t handle streaming or downloads. I didn’t upgrade to the premium Wi-Fi since my stay was for a week. The location was excellent, it was safe and walkable to the convention center and nearby attractions. It felt like any major North American city, but I appreciated how easy it was to get around. The most memorable part of the stay was how clean and safe the hotel felt. While the price was on the higher side, I believe it was worth it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Great friendly staff - very quick check-in and check-out, including getting car from valet. Clean comfortable and very well laid out rooms. Only very minor gripe was with pillows that are rather thick and on the harder side."

"Property is right by iconic stuff from the 1976 Montreal Olympics. Hotel is very good with free parking. Le toit rouge on site restaurant is very good and prices are competitive. Plus pools and spa the hotel is a good choice. "
