"My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We found the hotel to be clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, with an egg station for made-to-order eggs everyday! There’s a great spa and fitness center on site that we also took advantage of. The best part about this hotel though was the staff and how friendly and welcoming they were! I would stay here again if we ever have the chance, it was wonderful! "

"This property has some very good assets. It also has some issues that need to be resolved. The location on the north end of Lake Como and the short distance to transportation to the rest of the lake is awesome. But we tried to get some information from the owner/manager on our first night and it turned into a fiasco. The manager got angry with me for asking simple questions. The rest of our stay seemed like a disaster because of it. I'm sorry it ended up like that, there was no need for it to go that way. I believe his attitude to me was very uncalled for. He treated my wife just fine, bizarre. "

"We really enjoyed the uniqueness of the apartment as well as the location. We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The check-in process was a bit tedious (first time I've had to send pictures of the water and electric meter before and after a stay). The architecture and decor of the apartment was well thought out and probably the highlight for us. The only negative part of our stay was the bugs (mosquitos mainly), we stayed in late June, so maybe it was just the time of year. There were no screens on the windows (understand this is common in Europe), but because of that we could not open the windows and the apartment was hot (one more fan would be nice). The only other minor complaint was the internet was not working. The owner was very prompt in reply, giving us things to try and even sending someone there to look at it. But it never worked for us during our 3 days there. I don't fault the owner for this, these things happen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others."

"Wow this hotel is a little gem, 5 star service from the beginning. Rooms are exceptionally clean and staff are incredibly helpful (Barbara). This hotel caters for Gluten Free. Breakfast was free and had a good selection of items. A breakfast menu is given to you so you can choose cooked items. "
