"Hi, so this is a quaint little place. Not modern at all. Still use proper keys for the doors, which I like. The location is ideal, when walking it's literally half way between the train station and ferry port. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was totally adequate, there was enough choice for me. Cereals, some cooked, continental choices, pastries and cakes, beverages and juices. The area wasn't huge, most of the tables only seat two people, but it was fine It was a good price compared to other hotels and I thought it good value for money. The bottom line for me is I would stay there again. If you are looking for a larger, more modern hotel then this may not be for you. However, if like me, you are of the mind it's just somewhere to get your head down at the end of the day. I thoroughly recommend this little hotel."

"We were right on the water. Free parking within hotel was a bonus in Lake Como. 50 metres to the ferry. First day we took ferry to Bellagio. Beautiful city but far too busy. In early June , we had to line up for over an hour to catch a ferry back to our hotel. The next day, we drive around the lake and enjoyed the less commercially. "

"Wait staff was very attentive. Everyone was helpful and engaging. Will stay there again, it was away from the hustle and bustle of Como. Very very nice. "

"We had a very comfortable stay, check in was quick and our room was ready early which was great as we were meeting the wedding party for lunch so we had a quick change. The view was perfect looking over the lake and beautiful mountains. The room was ornate, elegant and simple, however the bathroom did need a refurb with its dated flowery decor. Our room was cleaned every day, a good range of breakfast. The hotel was quiet and calm inside but in the centre of the hustle and bustle opposite the pizzeria and ice cream parlour, two minute walk to the ferry terminal. We had a wonderful stay I would highly recommend for a comfortable stay. "

"This is an older property with an incredible view of Lake Como. The front desk staff were exceptional and super helpful. The room could use a little TLC but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony had the best view of the lake. We spent most of our time on that balcony. There is a delicious pizza place next door. Gated parking for a fee but it was worth it and super convenient. I would definitely stay here again. "
