great friendly staff. very clean rooms with nice view. walkable to shops, cafes and restaurants. many choices on breakfast. only one comment that they mentioned that there is an air conditioning on rooms. but there was not. but they provided Electric fan

The place is amazing and words are hard to find to describe its beauty. However I advise two things. 1. It is very expensive, be prepared to spend around or over 100CHF for dinner at a restaurant, and 2. Public transportation is kind of difficult
I come here most every year for the fantastic music festival, which provides the very best talent. It is a highlight of my summer in Switzerland.
