Patio has an awning to provide shade during the day and a grill for all the pool side cooking you could want to do. House is close to everything - golf, shopping, resorts, lake and Silverwood. Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!"
