Lovely 2 Bedroom Townhouse

The property is situated in a beautifully maintained and secure gated complex named "Fuentemar" with two communal pools in the extremely popular area of Buganvillas in Vera Playa.  The beach and promenade are within 500m walking distance where you will find a vast array of great bars and restaurants and great transport links connecting the popular neighbouring beach areas of Garrucha and Mojacar.
This well presented property is split over two levels and is entered via a sunny private terrace with an outside dining area equipped with patio table and chairs. 
The ground floor level comprises of an open plan lounge and dining area that is light and airy with plenty of comfortable seating, WiFi and English/Spanish TV.  
There are two bedrooms on the first level, a double and a twin bedded room both with ceiling fans and a family bathroom with bath/shower.
The second level is the roof solarium where you can enjoy the mountain views. The solarium is equipped with sun loungers, patio table and chairs and parasols for that all important shade.
This property is a little gem in a good location with the aqua park, go-karting circuit and the popular Marau Beach Club just a short drive away.

El apartamento en general bien. Quitando que el primer día no nos funcionó el frigorífico y sumando a esto que mi hijo se sentó en la cama y se cayó al suelo directo ya que una pata estaba mal sujeta... El resto todo bien
