With a maximum capacity for 4 adults, this house has the following layout: On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a living-dining room with Smart TV and direct access to the porch and communal swimming pool. The first floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 complete ensuite bathroom with bathtub + 1 balcony with views of the communal swimming pool, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 toilet with shower. On the second floor, you can enjoy sea views from the solarium terrace.

The house has a free outdoor parking space within the urbanization.

Located in the textile urbanization Las Casitas de la Playa, just 150 meters from El Playazo beach (north area), with a communal swimming pool and children's pool (open all year round). Nearby, you'll find beach bars, restaurants and bars, as well as a mini-market available in summer 600 meters away and a supermarket open all year less than 10 minutes by car.

Come to Vera Playa, a holiday destination that gives you the opportunity to visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.
