Apartment of 61m² very cozy and familiar with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, independent kitchen fully furnished and with all necessary utensils like: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, frying pans, cauldrons, washing machine, etc. Large living room with dining area, with television, air conditioning and stereo. Large terrace on the outside.

Urbanization in very quiet area and with beautiful decorations, excellent situation, 10 minutes from Playas de Vera, in the municipality of Vera, Almería. There are 2 swimming pools: one for the summer outside which also has a small pool for children and babies. And another for the winter in the interior that is covered and heated.

Modern and comfortable, very suitable for the whole family. The children will make friends very fast. Public parking available and private parking subject to availability. Also with paddle tennis.
