"Great location for 6 of us - 2 kids (6 & 8), parents, and grandparents. We mostly ate dinners out. Kitchen was well appointed, but would have been a tight squeeze for dining (especially because it was a little too chilly to use the outside table). Place was spotless, well-appointed with towels and supplies, and thoughtfully designed to maximize the space. Easy walk into town for restaurants and wine, and to the ocean. Excellent communication from the management company before, during, and after...

"We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back."
