"The best thing about this property is convenience: ski school, bus stop, ski rental, ski lift etc everything around the property. The worst thing is that you arrive in a room cleaned by the previous guests. Hygiene 0. Beds as old as the property. Swimming pool is the size of 4 bath tubes."

" Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi. "

"Great location - clean and tidy - however the studio rooms are very basic - so avoid if you wish to have more comfort and luxury. We only booked 4 weeks ago and struggled to find any suitable accommodation- so this was a last resort for the week available. Rooms suggest sound proofing - far from it- but overall - great ski break in a brilliant resort. "

"We had a great stay here. The boot room opens straight out onto the slopes for a ski in/out experience. The apartment was comfy and a good size. "

"Etablissement situé à proximité de nombreux chemins de randonnées. Appartement spacieux, propre et parfaitement équipé, seul bémol sur les coussins défraichis des fauteuils. La résidence dispose d'une salle de sports et d'un espace bien-être et piscine bien agréable après une journée de randonnées. Mention spéciale à l'équipe de cette résidence pour leur accueil, que ce soit au téléphone, à la réception ou les personnes de service ou d'entretien, aimables, souriants et serviables. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...
