Owner at check in was very friendly. Room was clean and updated. Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower was good. Breakfast was limited (coffee, apple juice, oj, packaged pastries, bananas and cereal) Quiet for being right near highway. Parking is a little tight. Overall very nice place, would stay again.

The staff was fantastic and the owner was there and so nice and fun! Great hotel. Delicious breakfast! And they had my favorite tea Yorkshire Gold!! I will always stay there now when I go up to Carmel!

At first I didn't know what to expect from this resort seeing as it was literally right in the middle of the hills and grass area. From the main street, it didn't look like much, but once you get into the driveway, it opens up to a beautiful location. The valet and busboys are spot on and every helpful. The check-in process was a breeze and took only a few minutes. We were then escorted to our gorgeous room where the mini fridge was stocked and there were snack bowls filled with fresh fruit...

That being said, it is located with a view of the most beautiful scenery along California`s coast. Wow , I was blown away but this resort. From views, to friendly and helpful staff, to cleanliness of the room. Had massage as well and absolutely loved it. The gourmet meals were so delicious and to my surprise they were all included in your stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway this place is a must! I will definitely come back. I donāt usually write reviews but i was so impressed buy this hotel. Every detail was taught through. Loved it ā„ļø
