"The pool was lovely . There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. Disliked the number of rules at the property -for instance you cannot have your own food and drinks on terrace/ in room yet they sell no food and only a minimal drink selection. The shower needs to be hooked up as holding it in your hand to shower in 2022 really isn’t acceptable . Rooms need updating . "

The weather was hot outside, but the cottage inside was nice and cool thanks to the thick walls. The pool was lovely and the children had a lot of fun with the floating devices. The owner of the house emailed a lot of tips on things to do in the neighbourhood and we had a lot of fun exploring those. The house is located very well if you want to visit the wineries in the medoc...
