The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was spacious and relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "The air conditioning was brilliant and very much appreciated. I always find hotel rooms too hot, but my room this time was very cool, in a heatwave. I would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room, but otherwise everything was perfect."

"Lovely hotel, just what was required. The room was dimly lit except for the bathroom light which was on a sensor - it had a tendency to switch off at inappropriate moments and I would have preferred it not to come on for the early hours visit."
