"This was a great place to stay for my 10 days in Venice. The location is quiet but still in the ‘thick of things’. A great local bar has opened up close by. Cafes, bistros, a supermarket, shops - all close by. I would have liked a folder that gave me a few hints for the area and good places to go - but otherwise it was fantastic!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. The atmosphere feels elegant but still comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. The location is truly excellent! Right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to walk everywhere and soak in the canals, shops, and restaurants nearby. It felt like the perfect base for discovering the city. Overall, a fantastic stay in a stunning hotel with a super convenient location. I’d definitely come back!"

"Overall a good location and you have the entire apartment. It has almost everything you need, including refrigerator, washer, stove. Adding a microwave would be great. It's next to a street and some restaurants, so not as quiet as expected, and you can't close the window completely due to an air conditioner vent pipe. No late check-in, so make sure that you can arrive before 8pm before you book."

"The apartment was in a great location—close to everything and easy to get around. It was clean and had everything I needed. Just a heads-up: it’s on level 3 and there’s no lift, so be prepared for some stairs"

"the place was clean and in excellent condition. It is located next to a water taxi stop making it convenient for all travel. Rita and Mateo we so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. they were always ready to answer any question we may have had. I would absolutely recommend their acommodation when staying in Venice "
