  • The apartment is developed on two floors with exposed beams and consists of 1 bedroom and a loft, with the possibility to comfortably accommodate 5 people in a frame certainly suggestive and quiet which is the island of Giudecca. The flat of about 85 square meters has 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, a double room and a loft with French bed and single bed, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, safe, living room with TV and free WIFI, air conditioning in every room and thanks to the modern lines and the ceiling with exposed beams allows a warm welcome to guests. We pay particular attention to the sanitation of environments. The apartment is located about 150 m. from the pier of Palanca and in the same area there are stores of various kinds, and restaurants, all outside the large tourist flows.
