This recently restored modern and elegant apartment is located behind Piazza San Marco and has a double bedroom with capacity for 4 people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Its location is strategic because in addition to being just a minute's walk from the Square, you can reach the Rialto Bridge and the famous Rialto Market in 4-5 minutes on foot. The nearest vaporetto stops are Rialto and San Zaccaria, from which you can easily reach the Railway Station and Piazzale Roma, Giudecca, Lido, the Biennale Gardens, and Marco Polo Airport.

A well-stocked supermarket is also located just 50 meters away.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with internet access (wi-fi), heating, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, iron, as well as all kitchen appliances and utensils.

Check-ins are possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card held by the guests as a guarantee for damages. Well equipped and wonderfully located apartment a very short distance from St. Marks square. Unfortunately the air conditioning was very noisy and we needed to switch it off at night. We could not leave the windows open due to the mosquitoes. It is also a bit dark inside the apartment.

amazing stay.

I don't speak Italian but I want to say what a lovely experience we had at this apartment. Beautifully appointed, our check in was delightful and the R&R when out of their way to help us. i would highly recommend this company and this property. We hope to come next time for longer and take more advantage of the kitchen and other amenities. So close to everything. A perfect place for a visit.
