It is situated on the first floor ( piano nobile) of the beautifully restored 15th century Palazzo Vendramin-Costa alongside Fondamenta Vendramin.

The apartment is designed to be a second home for the owners who only rent it out temporarily.The renown Roman artist Andrea Aquilanti ( Biënnale - Italian Pavilion 2015 ) has created the central art-piece in the living room, an installation in which he brought the outer and inner elements of the Palazzo together in a visual feast where time seems to come to a stop.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2017-2018. It has an Arclinea kitchen with all amenities including Alessi cookware, Miele induction stove and oven and chef-knives.
