  • CA 'DELLE MASCHERE is a completely renovated and tastefully furnished apartment. A stone's throw from the Rialto bridge, in the heart of Venice, the apartment is located in an ancient building and consists of: large entrance hall with wardrobe, spacious living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and kitchen complete with appliances; two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Possibility of having a baby bed. The apartment accommodates up to 6 people and is ideal for your Venetian holidays! Air conditioning, independent heating, wi-fi, sheets and towels: everything is included for our customers.

Host was kind enough to keep AC running while we find our way to the apartment while outside temperature was in mid 30s Celsius. Super easy check in process, host very responsive to text messages but everything was good so no problem to resolve. Location is so central and convenient that everything is at your fingertips. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our time in this easy and busy location. Lots to do and see in easy walking distance. Hosts were very available and friendly.

Perfect spot in Venice!

We had a fantastic stay...the apartment was perfect -- well equipped, and the air conditioning was nice and cool, considering the unusually warm October weather! Great location...would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We loved the comfortable apartment and amenities which made our three-night stay in Venice so pleasant. The location was terrific; we walked everywhere and really enjoyed the restaurants and shops in our area.

Amazing apartment and location! Property manager and owner so helpful and soooo clean! Excellent!

Very nice, clean place and the host was great, helped us with restaurant suggestions and local attractions. Also had small washing machine with clothes line.

Nice apartment in the middle of city center. Right below are a lots shops, restaurants, and bakeries. Fabulous location, comfortable beds and space. Loved having a seperate room from my kids. It was a great stay.

Canadian Visitors

Over all our stay was good , great location close to everything, the only thing I would say is they have to replace the small appliances and the fridge has to be updated or defrosted , but again a great location

Great base to explore venice

The communication was excellent! We felt very well supported before and during our stay. The appartment was well clean, pretty, well equipped and located in a small lane just around nice Cafés and shops.

Cool old apartment

This place was awesome! We loved the location and the old world charm of the apartment. It is spacious and well appointed. The owner and greeter were very kind and attentive to our delay in arrival due to the Trenitalia train strike. We enjoyed coming home to this cool old place in the heart of Venice. We would definitely stay here again!

Tolles Appartment mit top Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Super Lage mitten in der Stadt. Als Orientierung war die sehr nah gelegene Rialto Brücke perfekt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz. (3 erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder). Alles prima!

Perfect!

I can not recommend this apartment enough! It was an easy walk from the train station, perfect two bedroom apartment with all we needed for a wonderful stay. The local was excellent and the amazing restaurant underneath was the icing on the cake. The host was very friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish.

Ideal für einen Venedigurlaub zu viert

Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sie hat eine Top-Lage mit guten Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Kaffee, Backwaren, Pizza, Markt in der Nähe) und ist sehr nah zu Vaporetto-Stationen. Gute Tipps vom Vermieter, sehr nette Kommunikation vor Ort. Wir kommen auch gerne ein drittes Mal!

Nice clean apartment centrally located in Venice. It was a 12 minute walk from the train station and from the apartment we could quickly walk anywhere- Piazza San Marco, canals, water taxis, Rialto Bridge, shopping, dining. There is a good restaurant right outside the building and a coffee shop on the corner. Please note in Italy ground level is 0 not 1 so it will be an extra flight of stairs. Also note there is only one AC at the entry so you need to leave the bedroom doors open for cool air. Be sure to ask the property manager about the Venice access fee exemption (relevant in the summer). They provided it but only after I asked. I would stay here again with kids but not if I was traveling with non family members due to having to leave the bedroom doors open.

Amazing location and great price

Heart of the city, short distance to waterbus stops, tons of food, grocery, bars, coffee, restaurants, and shops in the same block. I just wished we had spent more time in the city and could visit all the amazing places the owner suggested. Sleeps as many as promised, check in was easy via proxy host. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. 4 short flights of stairs (but welcome to Venice duh). Windows have limited views but that's what your feet are for, exploring the city. Check In was frustrating

We were told multiple times it was very important to keep Irene up to date on our travel and arrival plans - which we did- from the time we left Florence - when stopped to use the restrooms we updated - when we got on the bus and again on the water bus only to be told she was busy with other clients and to go and eat and wait for her which we did not want to do with all of our luggage so we walked to the apartment and waited on the step foe her which was a total of 50 Minutes past our arrival and our check in time. Otherwise we enjoyed the location and the restaurant right there was our favorite we ate at and we enjoyed the pastry and coffee shops just a few feet away! The A/C worked well and the fans in the bedroom were welcome sights. The apartment itself was good but the check in process was not.

Hidden gem in the middle of Venice

Our experience began with our initial booking and the prompt, helpful replies from the owner. Luciano was able to answer all our questions about the unit and the area. We did arrive late on a feast day so we did not have anybody present for check in but that did not matter as we were in constant communication with the owner and we were able to find the keys easily. The unit was quiet and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom was a bit small but very clean. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect as it was within a 10-15 minute walk from St. Mark’s square. Many restaurants and cafes within minutes in all directions. The area was reasonably quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this unit for any family with teenaged children. May not be the best unit for those with mobility issues as there are multiple stairs and no lift. Thank you again to Luciano for helping make our Venice stay even more enjoyable!

Sehr gute Wohnung für einen Venedig-Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man wurde im Vorfeld gut über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. informiert. Alles war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist gut; die Nächte waren ruhig (es haben nur einige Mücken gestört...). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Enjoyable time in Venice

The appartement certainly contributed to a very enjoyable week in Venice. The Appartement is furnished in a lovely style, but also equipped very practically with everything we needed. The location in the heart of Venice let us reach all of our destinations with ease.

Bonito departamento y buena ubicación

El departamento es amplio y bonito, tienes todas las facilidades y el inmobiliario es bueno, las sábanas y toallas implecables pero el baño estaba sucio
