Listing does not do it justice!

This is the most beautiful property. We had two families with 4 children and it was perfect. The location is great and my daughter felt like a princess sitting on the balcony overlooking the canal. The hosts were very responsive and kind and we really appreciated it.

Venice week

Beautiful apartment, spacious living areas, we walked everywhere from here. Comfortable beds, great eateries nearby. We also cooked at home, no problem. Loved it.

Hidden Gem

This property is spectacular assuming you want a real Venice experience. It is everything you want - on canal, well located to shopping and landmarks, spacious, and the owner/managers (especially Jane and her husband) could not be better. It made our stay very special.

Fabulous Venice apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was really spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms, while also having traditional artwork and features. It is located in the perfect area, close to major landmarks but with a local feel and so many restaurants and cafes close by. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great stay in Venice!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Jane was very prompt in our communications. She had her son meet us at the water bus stop and take us to her villa, as we were late and she had to work. She also set up a water taxi return to the airport. The Villa is beautiful with plenty of room for up to 4 couples. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

Visiting Venice before our cruise to Croatia

A great revisit

We stayed at this wonderful apartment quite a few years back, and nothing seems to have changed since then. Well kept, charming and with plenty of space for everybody. Just perfect for a group of 7-8 people. Good location, very venetian and clean.I can only reccommend this great apartment.

Luxurious Venetian property!

A most stunning property!! Truly over the top! Located at the confluence of two canals which you can view from the fifteenth century balcony. In a quieter section of Venice but a few minute walk to everything you want to see and do! It has an open dining and living space with a huge Murano glass chandelier and authentic Venetian architecture. Very elegant and grand, yet all modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms! Plenty of room for six adults and one child. The AC was nice and strong and quite welcome in the August heat! The host Jane was super responsive and even helped me to set up transportation to the airport when I encountered a glitch. Her son Michael met us at the water taxi stop on our arrival and helped to get us settled and we booked a lovely day with him to explore the islands of Murano and Burano! It was one of the highlights of our trip! I highly recommend this property and a day trip with Michael!

Spacious apartment, decoration is really nice A/C works great, has a near location to the main points (10-15 min walking distance) and there are few local stores around Jane was really great giving us some instructions and helping us to the arrival and departure accomodations (taxis) as the meeting points are confusing in Venice

Fabulous place in Venice

We were four friends traveling from the states who found this place perfect for a Venice stay. It is close to everything yet away from the craziness of San Marco and tourists. Jane is a great host, communicating before our arrival and facilitating our arrival and departure, which can be tricky in Venice! Totally recommend it!

Gorgeous Flat! Perfect Location!

Out time in Venice was fabulous because of this amazing property! What a beautiful place to come home to after a day of sightseeing. The air conditioning was ice cold and worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable. The black-out shutters ensured that we weren't woken up by light and noise in the morning. The kitchen is very well appointed. The bathrooms are modern with plenty of hot water. I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. Don't look any further...just book it!
