I recently stayed at the Locanda Hotel in Venice and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!

Highly recommend! The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, short walk from the train station which is amazing when you're traveling with bags. 3min walk from the best area for drinks and cicchetti.

My husband had a lovely stay at the Locanda Herion! Not only is property spacious and clean, but it’s also conveniently located to explore Venice and surrounding area. The staff were also kind and friendly. Our train was departing a little later in the day so we requested a slightly later checkout and they happily accommodated our request. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay again!

The stay was pleasant, the rooms were clean tidy and enough space for the two of us. Location on Cannaregio was perfect. Mumma the apartment manager and her off-sider were extremely helpful. Only downside was the checking in process and obtaining the entrance code. It was our first time to Venice and we asked for the code earlier in the day with no response. In the end we had to be let in to the apartment unit foyer by another guest then search for a phone number. They also had the same issue on arrival. Eventually we got hold of Mumma who helped us get to our room. On checking the reviews this isn't an isolated experience. Other than that I couldnt fault it.

Great location super close to everything, we walked everywhere from the hotel and we caught a train to Ravenna from there and it was about a 10 min walk. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room actually bigger than the pictures seemed. Just perfect for three girls on a short trip before a cruise. Also, we caught the Alilaguna from the airport and it was like a 5 min walk from the stop.

Room was conveniently located on an island. Within walking distance of the train station so we didn’t have to take a boat to get there. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the walking area. Is not staffed with a receptionist in person that’s all done by messaging. You get a code to come into the main building and then you get a code for each individual room. The shower had good water pressure! There is a housekeeper that comes each day and she’s very friendly!
You can leave your city tax fee in the room so they have to keep her picks up. Remember to bring euros in cash only to Venice!
