Modern and recently renovated apartment, located on the ground floor overlooking a characteristic canal, accessible through a fascinating typical Venetian archway. Inside, a delightful inner courtyard reachable from the master bedroom, kitchen, or living room. The spaces are welcoming and well-distributed, with exposed beam ceilings that provide a warm and authentic atmosphere. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and two large windows offering a splendid view of the canal. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The host will welcome you from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.
