38 sqm apartment, on the third floor without an elevator. Steep stairs. Not suitable for people with disabilities.
I'm a private person, not a hotelier, I make my apartment available. Do not claim hotel services. I currently live in Rome.
It is not suitable for small children, steep stairs.
Check-in is done remotely via the Vikey app, through which you can enter your data, pay the residence fee and be free to arrive whenever you want.
It is in a very convenient location for public transport, 15 minutes walk to Rialto, and is in one of the most striking and living areas of Venice. The apartment is bright, quiet, in front of the synagogue and close to an area of typically Venetian locales.
I kindly ask you, when you leave the apartment, to dispose of the garbage as per municipal regulations, which is brought back to the apartment otherwise, after your communication, leave them in the apartment (exceptional cases as a departure at very times uncomfortable) . It is a very well-felt problem that is a source of diatribes with the neighborhood, with respect for the city and those who live there.
APARTMENT, ON THE THIRD FLOOR, WITHOUT ELEVATOR, VERY BRIGHT. VERY SUGGESTIVE AND STRATEGIC AREA TO TOUR THE ENTIRE CITY. WE ARE CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION (10 MINUTES ON FOOT AND ONLY ONE BRIDGE TO CROSS). The condominium parts are affected by the years, but the apartment is new. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ELDERLY PERSONS, NOT SUITABLE FOR HANDICAPPERS AND COUPLES WITH CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS VIA DELE SCALE. ALL ESSENTIAL SERVICES ARE NEARBY.
