A fee not listed online was sprung on us hours before we checked in. No hot water at any time (except for the first 2 hours of our 3 day stay). Blankets were paltry and no additional ones were provided and only two pillows total were provided (there were two of us). Landlord was not present and all communication was handled through representative who was friendly but was not given the information he needed. It was unclear if we were supposed to contact the landlord about the hot water and we when we did she acted like we were needy idiots. When asked directly about a partial refund due to the lack of hot water one was provided but the landlord was extremely rude about it.
The physical place is fine, nice even but the management is not good.
