The apartment is located in the Historic Center of Venice in the Sestiere of Cannaregio. The accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of a magnificent garden (shared with another apartment but with a reserved table), a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a room with a single bed plus an extra pull-out bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Maximum capacity is 4 people. The apartment, along with 4 other apartments, makes up the Flowery Residence. Very quiet area and convenient to the city's main attractions. The host will welcome you from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be organized upon request, with adequate notice.
