"The hotel was great, however it’s good to know that it’s not quite in the center of Venice. But it was fine it was about a 40min walk or you could take the water taxi or the bus which were a 10mn walk"

"Hotel is charming. The only outdoor seating is a table on a little balcony, facing the canal, designated for smoking. Staff was amazing. Breakfast is your standard buffet options, however, always fresh. The only complaint was our bed was very firm. The hotel did put a topper on the mattress, which made it a little better."

"Breakfast is great, air conditioning was not the same in two rooms that we had. Rooms had a tub with a shower, but no curtain? Location is excellent!!! Historic beautiful building, and very helpful staff."
