In the centre of Venezia, in the district Dorsoduro, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, directly by the canal. Open small sleeping alcove, without window, without wardrobe with 1 double bed and fan. Upper floor: large living/dining room with TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 bed. Large kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Shower/bidet/WC. Very beautiful panoramic view of the canal. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Private entrance. Please note: the floors of the house are authentic "terrace" Venetian. Lovely and peacefull place in Venice

Perfect flat in a peacefull part of Venice. The rooms are on two different floors and not suited for toddlers but fine if you Travelocity with bigger children. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back.
