Our home is your home.
You can be sure our space is not a typical Ikea apartment and not designed for rental purposes only. My family and I love living here during our sojourns in Venice and we are happy to occasionally open our place to visitors who wish to discover the soul of our city.
The luxury apartment is 65 m² (700 ft²), serene and restful. It's flooded with sunlight and has very high ceilings throughout. It combines the comfort of a family home with the warmth of a romantic escape and has been freshly renovated with love.

BUILDING
Two flights of original marble stairs will take you up to the apartment, which occupies the whole of the second and top floor of a 19th-century building.
Thanks to a careful restoration, completed in December 2015, Ca 'Risorta is not affected by rising damp or high tide, which are instead very common in town.
LIVING AREA
The spacious living room is bright and airy, with a comfy two-seat leather sofa, handcrafted in Italy by Natuzzi, soft cushions and a pleasant mix of modern and antique art pieces from all over the world, which reflects our passion for traveling and collecting memories. You'll love relaxing here while drinking a glass of wine or enjoying a movie or your favorite series on the 39 "flat-screen TV.
Next to the kitchen is a circular dining table with designer chairs.
You're invited to use our well-appointed kitchen, which has all you need to make delicious gourmet meals - cooking basics such as extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, butter, salt & pepper and a selection of herbs & spices are available complimentary .
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with professional appliances, including Smeg toaster and kettle, blender, 5 burner gas cooktop, convection microwave oven, double bowl sink and Smeg refrigerator with small freezer.
