The apartment is located in the historic heart of Venice, one minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and 8 from Piazza San Marco.
It is ideally located for visiting the city and enjoying the atmosphere it offers: just a few steps away are the Rialto Bridge, the famous Venice market, the Casino, the Fondaco dei Tedeschi, luxury store with a spectacular terrace on the Canal Great, where you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the city, Piazza San Marco as well as numerous patisseries, bars and typical restaurants.
Silent and attention to detail, it has been recently restored but retains the typical Venetian identity of the area in which it is located.

Absolutely excellent apartment exactly as described and shown in the photos. Great communication with the host and brilliant meet and greet service at the boat terminal at Rialto Bridge. Literally 1 minute to Realto Bridge and all the conveniences you will need. One thing to note though, this apartment is on the top floor with about 40 steps and no lift so may not work for those less mobile. We loved it and would highly recommend if you want to stay in the centre of Venice at a home from home.

We really enjoyed the location. It was close to everything we wanted and tourist spots, but was very quiet in the apartment. It was very roomy and safe. And very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

The apartment was in a great central location and had all of the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. There seemed to be something off with the plumbing, as the toilet and bathroom had a rather stale smell, but other than that, the place was great!

An amazing stay in a wonderful and peaceful environment. A great location within walking distances of great food, historic buildings and fun. I experienced a true pulse of Venice from this location. The host was truly helpful and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great location and the hosts were up until 1:30am helping us get in as our flight was late. the only thing to note, is this is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator, so anyone with mobility issues, this is not the place to stay.

Super clean and functional apartment in a tremendous location. Shopping, restaurants and water very close and we loved this area. We loved the entire experience, EXCEPT, the 4th floor walk-up. 42 narrow stairs up to this apartment. We just happen to have to many pieces of luggage and at our age this was a chore. Mgr, alerted us to a Porter Service down on the docks, but this was after we were already at the location. We will definitely stay here again on future visits with less luggage. Great owner/operator to work with and book and provided great service to us. Also Rental Mgr was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Loved our stay for the week. The location was perfect. The rental was room enough for three and clean. Paola was very friendly and helpful upon meeting us on arrival. Overall, our stay was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if I ever have the chance to come back to Venice!

The location is quiet and perfectly located. Nice bakery and best geletaria within 50 feet. Didn't notice the five flights of stairs with no lift/elevator when booking so should take that into consideration. We were fine with it!

Micol was a gracious host and very helpful before and during the stay. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a good amount of personal care products and kitchen supplies. The air conditioner worked very well. There are quite a few stairs so don’t bring lots of luggage. It was a great place.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. You cannot beat its location. The place itself is easy to access and has great proximity to restaurants and shops. If you don’t like the sounds and smells of an amazing bakery/cafe outside your door, then this is not the place for you. The host had great communication, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Apartment was tastefully decorated and conveniently close to Rialto Bridge. We really appreciated the ability to do our laundry, and even used the clothes line like the locals. Two caveats: apartment is on the top floor (41 stairs up from ground level) and getting to the toilet around the shower is very snug. Not an issue for us, but could be for others.

Clean apartment minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and many attractions. Met by sweet Francesca who met us at the Rialto Bridge and escorted us to the apartment. Micol was very prompt at getting back to us with any questions we had prior to our stay in Venice. Centralized location for easy walks to and from all Venice has to offer. We enjoyed waking up before sunrise and venturing out, taking in the glorious aroma of croissants and the like being freshly made....yummy!!! We would definitely book this place again if our travels find us back in Venezia! Grazie mille Micol and Francesca!

Great location, Rialto Bridge, and nice apartment. No view but plenty of light. Apartment had everything we needed including good WiFi. Checkin was easy and we took a vaporetto from the train station to Rialto Bridge. This is the center of Venice and it really makes it easy to get to all the sites. I was planning on using the vaporetto (water bus) but every time I used Google Maps or City Mapper for navigation it told me to walk because everything was so close and the vaporetto would take so much longer. I really loved Venice. Much more than I imaged. Would gladly stay here again.

Apartment was accurately described in listing. Prior to our arrival we had several questions about the apartment, transportation issues etc. Micol answered each email (at least 3 or 4) in a detailed and timely fashion. We even did a WhatsApp "test run" to make sure we could connect upon arrival. Francesca was waiting for us at the Vaporetto stop when we arrived just as was planned. She helped us with our luggage and the walk to the apartment was less than 5 minutes, and we are slow! The apartment building was old, as they all are, but the apartment itself was very clean and appears to have been recently professionally renovated, including AC. It was well done and spotless. The apartment is a bit small but more than adequate for a couple. I think the sofa in the TV room was a pullout but I didn't check since we were just two of us. The kitchen appeared to have all the basic items but we mostly ate out and used the refrigerator for snacks and drinks. Location, location, location!!!! You are right in the heart of the Rialto district with tons of shops, restaurants etc. Rialto Mercato was about ten minutes walk and St. Marks about 15-20 minutes or so. Micol added a lot of nice little touches that many owners don't do. Complementary bottle of Proseco and cold water in fridge, breakfast crackers with Nutella and jams, some pasta in the cupboard, laundry detergent, shampoo etc etc. Francesca was available via WhatsApp during our stay and answered very promptly. The apartment and our interactions with Micol were perfect for us. Our best VRBO experience so far!

Nos hospedamos 3 adultos , por 2 noches, el departamento,CUENTA CON TODOS LOS SERVICIOS Y COMODIDADES, muy bien ubicado, en la zona turistica centrica, la limpieza y distribucion muy bien, nuestro anfitrion nos dejo, claras indicaciones de uso de electrodomesticos, y el detalle de tostadas,cafe ,nutela etc.lugar sin ruido , y privado. cabe mencionar q esta en un 4 piso de pocas escaleras ,( El bano un poco reducido , pero VALE LA PENA!!! .gracias por recibirnos. lo pasamos genial!!!

Un appartement superbement placé : près du Pont du Rialto et de l'embarcadère du vaporetto. Le marché du Rialto également tout proche permet de faire son "marché" en fruits et légumes, et poissons, des plus frais. Il est dommage que le français ne soit pas plus parlé, surtout par les commerçants, quand on a des difficultés en itialien ou en anglais ; commerçants, qui dans la plus grande majorité n'entendent que ces deux langues. Heureusement, la chaleur de l'hospitalité et la qualité de vivre à l'appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût ont rendu un séjour très agréable. .
