I had the best night sleep of my entire two week trip. It was nice to have a pillow choice and amenities such as a robe and slippers, even though my trip was too short to use.

Excellent stay at Bloom. The room is so large and spacious very clean. The staff is great. The breakfast is excellent. The only drawback was the stairs lots of stairs. Love the place!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. Tasty breakfast. Right off of a square with a number of restaurants. There are a number of flights of stairs that might be problematic for those with mobility issues but we found them manageable.

The Best Place to Stay in Palermo! An Oasis!

This is the most wonderful hotel, accomodation that I have ever stayed in! It is an oasis in Palermo! The bed is super comfortable & the decor of the rooms & all of the hotel are Outstanding! So much character & such beautiful accents all over! It almost feels like you're in a dream!

Great stay in a good location

We had a lovely stay here. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Room small but comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Location was very good. Please be aware there is no lift and a lot of stairs to the rooms which maybe a problem if you have reduced mobility.

We loved our stay at Bloom. Wonderful location and staff was great! Breakfast was very good with friendly service. Front desk was very helpful getting a water taxi reserved for us to the airport. He was on time and everything went smoothly. We really appreciated the advice and help.

This B&B is very romantic, maybe unique. It has library and a breathtaking view of the city. Conveniently placed within walking distance of restaurants and mail landmarks. The staff is excellent. I don't know if we could have loved another hotel more for more money. It was a perfect experience.

Great location but dated in looks and amenities.

Location was great but was very expensive considering the age and condition of the rooms. No tech available (no charging ports, casting tv, etc). Old fashion hair dryer, poor lighting, run down bathrooms and dated decor. Breakast was old fashioned too. Staff was very friendly, roof top terrace fantastic.

We booked this hotel based on its proximity to San Marco. It took us a couple minutes to locate the door (not unusual for anything in Venice, honestly). You do have to initially ring the bell to contact the property manager, but once you are checked in and have your keys, you can come and go as you please. We found the room to be comfortable (there are a lot of stairs to get to it, which we were aware of when we booked and had no issue with). It was a wonderful mix of historical charm and modern amenities. Bathroom was surprisingly roomy, and we found the bed to be comfortable. They had a very nice little breakfast spread of meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit and pastries served between 8-10. A very sweet woman even made us cappuccinos! I highly recommend Bloom for your stay; wonderful service and ideal location!

Amazing Property & rooms

What an amazing property with amazing rooms, fabulous breakfast & a lovely roof top terrace complete with a welcome drink (chilled bottle of Prosecco) perfect for drinking on the roof terrace. Lovely lounge and one of the best continental breakfast I have had.
