This sumptuous accommodation consists of a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped industrial kitchen, and each double bedroom is equipped with its own shower bathroom. The strong point of this splendid apartment is certainly the magnificent view of the San Marco Basin. From here, you can admire the islands of Lido, San Servolo, San Lazzaro degli Armeni, San Giorgio, which hosts the Cini Foundation and Compagnia della Vela (among the oldest and most picturesque yacht clubs in the world) and Giudecca, as well as Punta Della Dogana, the extreme point of the Dorsoduro Sestiere (home to the Pinault Collection), the beginning of the Grand Canal, and the San Marco bell tower.

Located in an enviable position, this apartment is only 500m from Piazza San Marco and the main historical and tourist points of interest. The nearest vaporetto stop to the building will allow you to conveniently reach Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station, and Marco Polo airport, as well as the Lido island. Additionally, a water taxi stop is just 100 meters away.

Check-ins are possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax payment of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, including the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages. Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is much larger and nicer than the pictures - and the pictures were great. Fully equiped. Perfect location. I find no fault at all.

Great location

The uniqueness of the property was interesting. The property was huge and the rooms were spacious. There was a library with books and artwork that gave it some class. I would say there could be some sprucing up of the the furniture and cabinets but again then the charm would not be there. One last thing. We used the washer and dryer on the site and our clothes had a bit of a strange Odor afterwards. But, our family enjoyed the stay especially with the property being so close to everything. Also, the restaurants surrounding the property were charming.

Great location

The location is perfect. A few things missing (for such an expensive listing.) Not a single extra blanket in the whole place. My family had to cover themselves with bath towels at night. When I mentioned this to the property manager, they said I should buy some myself. For 1400 euros a night, they can afford a few extra blankets to keep their customers satisfied.

Nice apartment in the location with unfortunate experience

Nice apartment in a good location with a horrible experience. Upon arrival, there was no water pressure, and therefore the showers wouldn’t work, and the toilets would not flush. They tried to fix the problem while we were there unsuccessfully. We were unable to find a different booking for our large group as tour season is in full swing. We therefore had to use toilets in the local restaurants instead of the apartment and ended up showering using bottles of water from the store. This made for a horrible vacation experience. The 30% refund offered was paid, but was clearly unreasonable, considering the fact that they could not have rented the unit with no water pressure for showering or toilet usage. Hopefully, they will fix the problem for the next guest. Venice itself is a beautiful place and quite magical

Very large apartment in an amazing spot

Beautiful apartment very well situated in the city. With its 3 bedrooms and 4 toilets/washrooms, this apartment was very well suited for a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Check-in service was fantastic and very helpful.

Superb Accomodation in Venice!

Our adult family enjoyed a wonderful four days in Venice staying in this gorgeous perfectly located apartment! The kitchen provided an opportunity to cook breakfast and a gourmet dinner one night, while the location provided opportunities for sightseeing and dinners at some fine restaurants. All our questions and needs were attended to promptly! A magical experience!

Beautiful apartment, great views, and centrally located.

There was a lot of confusion with the check-in, and a misunderstanding about a terrace. There isn't one. However it is a beautiful luxury apartment, with an incredible view. The host was very receptive and helpful. Being Americans, we found the European washer challenging. . Once contacted she responded promptly. Perhaps instruction for the washer and dryer should be in the manual. That being said we found our experience completely enjoyable, and would stay there again.
