Central Location, Clean, Fresh, Remodeled, Spacious

This property was a very pleasant surprise. It was 2 times bigger than I would guess from the pictures. Everything was new and clean. Two bathrooms made life much easier. Location is very central with main bridge, markets, and restaurants located next to the entrance door. Every site in Venice can be reached in 15 minutes walk from the property. Grand canal with major water taxi and gondolas hub are few steps away from the building. This property is exceptional by all criteria.

Good stay, great location

Great location with a very accommodating space, but hit a little snafu with the air conditioner not working during my short stay - during the thick of summer. Tried to navigate this issue with the property manager, but this proved tricky due to [weekend] timing and scheduling.I was surprised there was no concession or partial refund offered.
