Apartment located in the historic center of Venice, just 200 meters from the Rialto Bridge and 300 meters from St. Mark's Square, the most exclusive location in Venice. The accommodation is situated on "Mercerie" street, renowned for its high-end shops and restaurants next to the "Church of San Salvador". The apartment consists of a first floor with kitchen and living room, a second floor with a double bedroom and bathroom, and a third floor with two additional rooms (one double and one single). Upon request, 3 extra beds (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 8 people. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.

Nice apartment, great location

The apartment is very nice and in a central location super close to Rialto Bridge and St Mark's square. Everything was clean. We recommend staying here if you are traveling to Venice.Fair warning some of the amenities like laundry weren't working so if you are depending on those check with the host prior to booking.

Excellent location and charming building

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience overall. Check-in was the easiest of the entire trip. The host just gave us a code and the address and we let ourselves in on our schedule. Checkout was just as simple. The apartment was clean and charming and met my expectations based on the picture. It was very centrally located, but far enough away from St. Marks Square that you didn't feel like you were living in a tourist trap (though the walkway outside did get very busy at times). Overall, this was one of the best locations we stayed during our time in Italy.
