Apartment in the Historic Centre of Venice located in the area of the Basilica of San Giovanni and Paolo, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment consists of a dining room with a complete kitchen, a small living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Extra bed available upon request (sofa bed). Rates include bed linen and towels. Tourist tax not included and to be paid upon arrival. The host will welcome you from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.

A charming and convenient apartment.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Being a new listing, there are a few things here and there that can be tightened up a bit for a more enjoyable experience, but that was all communicated with the host, and I have no doubt that many others will really enjoy staying here. I know that *I* will be returning!
