Apartment located near the Venice Arsenal, very convenient for visiting the Venice Biennale and St. Mark's Square. The apartment has a typically Venetian style and luxurious finishes, with coloured glass windows and Venetian flooring. It is located on the first floor and consists of a spacious living room with dining table and sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.

Charming apartment

The apartment was nicely decorated. The staff was very responsive when information or help was needed.

Everything was perfect so cute apartment with enough space . Close to San Marcos but far from the caos , no stairs from the water boat station to the apartment it was very convenient for when we were with luggage. The only negative is that it needs better pillows and extra sheets for the sofa bed than transforms to two twin beds, also no dishwasher detergent provided. We really loved our stay here in the apartment Arsenale.
