This is a great economical houseboat in Venice Marina. It is a retired offshore living quarter covered into our Island Time @ Venice Marina. We have used this boat for years for fishing and duck hunting and have loved it. It is perfect for 1-4 guys or up to 6 people.

It has full over full and twin over twin bunk beds, pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. that you need to have a great meal. The boat has a huge rear deck overlooking the water with a large charcoal grill, a 4ft fish cleaning table, a large ice machine, and much more.

The boat features:
500 LBS ice machine
In Unit Washer and Dryer
Charcoal Grill
55" Smart TV with Dish Network TV services
All kitchen items you would need to cook your catch.
Comfortable beds
All bath linens provided
and more.

We strive to keep many of the essentials on board (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, body soap, shampoo, hand soap, salt, pepper, community coffee, sugar, equal, creamer, etc.) But in some cases, these items may be depleted.

From booking to check out the property manager was very attentive and helped us with any questions we had. The houseboat is just as listed, happily sleeps six, kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed to cook out meals. Living space is comfortable, but our favorite was hanging out on the back deck after a long day on the water and watching the sun set. Will definitely be coming back for fishing and duck season,

Was three of us staying 8 days for vacation. The house has everything you need right down to the coffee and filters! It's fully stocked with virtually everything you need to stay. Even an awesome ice maker. There is a fish cleaning table and a freezer for your catch. There is also bait in the freezer from previous guests to use up as well. I was able to park my boat right there which made it even better! Air conditioning was ICE cold and so refresher a long, hot day on the water. Nothing but good things to say about this little place.
