"All was good!"

"Our toilet didn’t work properly. I had to fix it because it was late and didn’t want to switch rooms. To be fair I did not talk to front desk. And one bed had those crinkly sheets for bed setters or something."

"The lobby smelled like smoke, but my room was nice and clean. The bed/pillows were extremely comfortable."

"Beautiful Hotel! Very CLEAN!!"

"Very enjoyable stay, the room was exceptionally clean, beds were super comfortable as were the sheets and pillows (I’m a sheet snob) the restaurants were also excellent, the live bands were fun! The stay was great Im well rested and recharged for the upcoming work week."

"When I arrived at the hotel I was informed my booking wasn’t on their system. After the lady on reception entered the details she said the room wasn’t ready and to come back around an hour later which I did and the standard accidental money was taken from my account which should refunded upon check out. . When I got to the room it was not the room I had booked. I went back down and informed the reception staff that I’d booked a lake view not a car park view. She requested proof which I showed...

"Kitchen area needed a little more TLC! In my opinion."

"The elevator was out during my stay, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable, and the front desk clerk was knowledgeable and helpful. I would stay here again."

"We waited at least 10 minutes for the attendant to show up to the front desk to check us in. The location is convenient for a quick visit to the Villages."

"The young lady that checked us in was fine, however busy looking for what smelled like “burning electrical”… concerning …no smoke so we continued to check in. Getting to to the room…yeah that was a challenge…doorknob up..down…depends on which time you attempted. The lights controlled…..not sure… no switch for the ceiling fan which was probably a blessing in disguise as it was CAKED with dust….using the he bathroom… was concerning would not enter with bare feet as it was that dirty. "Clean room. Good parking."

"The motel was very convenient to Mt. Dora. It needs updating though and cleanliness was only OK. There was a very nice private patio off the room overlooking a lake which was very pleasant. However, the room was very dark with very little lighting. There was no reading light next to the sofa in the front room. There were no bedside lights. There was only one very dim wall light in the main room. In no way was this adequate."
