"Great stay. Don’t eat at the recommended restaurants, but everything else was fantastic."

"The room was clean. It was a good size. We did not choose the canal view. Our view was of the back which was okay. The front desk staff Alvise and Vanni were helpful and kind. Anne was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was okay, some hot food and selection of breads, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh squeezed juices. Amenities: robes, slippers and goid toiletries. You can order drinks but no restaurant in the hotel but a short walk to a lot of restaurants. There is a rooftop to hang out. Hotel...

"Great communication from booking until leaving. Small hotel (only 8 rooms) but centrally located to many attractions and water taxi stations. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Tudo otimo!!"

"We’ve been to Venice many times but on this occasion we decided to stay at Casa Kirsch because we wanted somewhere close to St Marks Square. Firstly, my wife and I want to thank the amazing staff. "Our stay at Palazzo Malipiero was simply amazing. We were so overwhelmed by the charm and history plus the 5+ star service from Enrica and Marco. They made sure all our needs were met plus a nice background history of the palace from Enrica, who did all the impeccable designing down to the last detail. Marco was very accommodating in reserving water taxi transportation when needed. I would highly recommend staying at this amazing palace and the location is perfect! Rich/Sandi-Philadelpia"

"The place is conveniently located, reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It checks all of the boxes."

"The rooms were comfortable but could use a good dusting (supply & return ducts and lamps were dusty). Good location and VERY helpful staff. Samon answered all our questions and helped us travel esp with understanding the Vaporetto etc. I would book again!"
