"Corona is a charming village high in the mountains outside Lugano. We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable house. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and Lake Lugano. The village has a charming church, shops, many ancient houses, a few hotels, and a large swimming pool open to the public. Nearby are hiking trails in all directions. It is perfect for a family vacation."

It didn't help there was a major heat wave in Italy the time we were staying but the property mgr brought us an additional 2 fans to help as apt is without a/c. "Excellent location if you’re departing from Terminal one as you are right in the terminal with no hassle of transportation to the terminal. If you are unfamiliar with the airport terminal and check in the day before, you can use your free time to get familiar with the terminal so you know exactly where to go when checking in as the terminal is huge! Comfy beds and quiet. Not much in the way of restaurants but you can get take out inside the terminal. Big soaking tub if you want to unwind and relax. There is a shower as well. The hotel is huge and our receptionist got us a room that was fairly close to the elevators as it could be quite a hop when walking to your room."
