"Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "Well, Expedia wrote $5 city tax at booking time, the host charged CHF 11.50 ($15!) right before the stay. Even worse, to be paid either by a weird local swiss payment system or paypal. Nothing else, no cash no credit card. Not great at all. Also quite noisy apartment. Otherwise clean and ok. "
